I was involved in a car accident in which I was inaccurately put at fault. With a witness statement as well as my own, I was still put at fault in the accident report. I was rear ended by a lady in Palmdale taking her kid to school in early 2014. She was probably yelling at her kid and didn't pay attention and slammed into my car, pushed my car's driver's side quarter panel into my rear driver's side wheel well ( it was scrunched inside the wheel well ) and pushed my car 20 feet into an intersection. I got neck and back injuries. Mr Kaiser treated me very well and did a great job on my claim. Of course the negligent mother was uninsured and this had to go against my insurance but Mr Kaiser did a wonderful job representing me and my interests. I hope I never get involved in a Personal Injury accident or claim again but if I do, I know I would go back to Mr. Kaiser.
